"This is the worst agency that State Farm probably has. I have never been treated so poorly by an agency ever. Whatever they choose to respond back to this review will all be a lie. Nasima is very rude very condescending and she is a liar all of them in that agency with the exception of Lydia, even though she is not very knowledgeable are very rude and disgusting. If you’re able to change your agency do it while you can because they are disrespectful and they have no sense of empathy or anything when it comes to a customer. I’m pretty sure all these other reviews are fluff or they have people writing them because I know for a fact that it’s incorrect , because the one stars are correlating with everything that I had to deal with with them. I’m definitely getting my agency change as we speak. And I will not stop until that agency is dealt with. I will keep calling State Farm escalation department until they are dealt with all of them go by different information. They don’t care about actually looking into a person‘s account or anything like that they just give you information so that you can get off of the phone trust me you do not want to be with this agency."
