"So shady. I unfortunately have my policy with them. Once you start with this office you're stuck and can't speak with customer service because it reroutes you to them. They increased my rates without telling me and since they know you're stuck the attitude is horrible. Worst car insurance experience I've ever had. Prior to this issue I actually liked the office but they are just money hungry and they are more expensive than other companies. The 5 star reviews are the ones they haven't screwed over YET. It took a year and a half for them to do it to me."

"Today I contacted Ms.Moody after receiving a letter along with my family that after 20 years of being serviced by state fa between car insurance and life insurance we were dropped. The explanations given one vehicles letter had been cleared up. When I called to speak to Ms. Moody she was abrasive and combative as she was offended already because the “insurer “ as she was not pleased with his service and experience and she “tried “ to help us after my husband suffered injuries and we were lowballed on our claim, she told me that wasn’t a State Farm “issue” and that we are dropped and she doesn’t have to explain anything to me! I have never experienced such a traumatic incident in where my family loses our car and suffers injuries and a State Farm agent states that’s not her problem after we are dropped. Moody proceeds to tell me she can’t tell me any info but tells out someone had 9 tickets and there is no record of that on ANY driver…. She was mean and unprofessional and took everything personal as if she in my family’s situation! Steer clear of this agent her behavior was gaslighting and malicious! You spend years of given your money to be insured and they treat you like trash!"

State Farm takes your driving record, and the driving records of those in your household into account when making decisions. Our agency cannot control how individuals drive or how they handle their legal or financial obligations. I tried to reach out to you to discuss this, but my calls were not answered. "After reading other reviews, I find myself wishing that Marco had managed my policy instead. Unfortunately, my policy was handled by Emmy. Currently navigating a separation, I asked to remove my ex-partner's vehicle after making my monthly payment. However, the payment was applied to his car instead. Now, I am receiving overdue notices with no solution in sight. Customer service mentioned they can only file a complaint on my behalf. The situation requires me to make two payments this month, which was not planned for. I am disappointed by the lack of support and attention dedicated to resolving this issue. I’ve given 2 stars as they do respond to text messages selectively. My request to speak with a manager about this issue has gone unanswered thus far. UPDATE: Yesterday, Nasima reached out to me and provided further information about my policy. She offered a sincere apology for the situation, and I appreciate her efforts in addressing it. I’ve adjusted my rating to reflect the level of service that she provided. I want to clarify that there might have been a misunderstanding in my earlier text message. I did not ask not to be contacted; I only requested no additional updates to my account until the billing department sorted out the matter. My concern was about possible additional complications that could arise. Thank you 🙏🏾"
